Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we ship worldwide.

Where do you ship from?
We ship from our international warehouse in Hong Kong.

When will my order be processed?
Orders are processed Monday to Friday. Please allow 1-3 business days for processing and 1 additional day for shipping.
Note: We do not ship on weekends or holidays.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Delivery typically takes 2-4 weeks due to high demand.

Will I be charged customs and taxes?
Prices are tax-free in USD. Depending on your country, you may be responsible for local customs duties and taxes upon delivery. These charges are not covered by us.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Changes or cancellations must be requested within 12 hours of placing your order. After that, we cannot guarantee modifications. Once delivered, you can return your order for a full refund.
